Whilst we have a different Weekly Special every week, we’ve got the usual suspects that we bake week in, week out. Some appear on different days but you can be guaranteed they’ll be in the oven at some point.
A lovely, simple white loaf. It’s perfect for anything, from sandwiches to toasting.
A dense, wholemeal loaf with oodles of flavour that’s great for a cheese sarnie.
Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. It has a more sour taste and improved keeping qualities.
