Crustum Bakery was started in 2011 in Priory Road by Nick Wood. Since then it has matured into a highly respected artisan bakery serving the needs of people in Kenilworth who want the very best standard of bread and other baked products. Nick was soon joined by Sharon Newport who has been baking nearly all the cakes sold at Crustum ever since.

In 2013 Crustum took on Giles Vacy-Ash as an apprentice. Giles has been at Crustum ever since and is now a fully qualified baker.

Nick decided that the time had come for him to hang up his apron at the end of 2017.

Giles has always wanted to own his own bakery and is very excited by the opportunity ahead having taken over the bakery from January 2018.   There will be a warm welcome to all existing and new customers.
