You must have heard of our famous Crustum Chelsea Buns? Freshly baked every Friday and Saturday, they’re the perfect accompaniment to a nice cup of tea. They really do sell like hotcakes so it’s best to reserve some to make sure you get the amount you’re after. These are what buns should be. Lashings of butter in the dough makes them irresistible – so just don’t try to! Plenty of fruit and spice in-between the layers of dough, then it’s all rolled up into a giant sausage and the buns sliced off ready for baking.
The first batch is usually out of the oven at about 10.30am. Just in time for elevenses!
